As many calculators as you sell
One offer per service line, landing page or client. Each gets its own shortcode.
Version 1.3 · tested on WordPress 7.1 and PHP 8.5
Offer Calc turns your services and unit prices into a quote calculator on any WordPress page. Visitors pick quantities, the total updates as they click, and the "how much would it cost" email never needs writing.
How it works
Under Offer Calc → Add Offer, list each service with its unit price and the quantity range a visitor can pick from.
Paste the shortcode into any page or post, or drop the Offer Calc widget into a sidebar.
[ofc_shortcode offer_slug="website-project"]
Every line totals as they choose, the grand total sits at the bottom, and they can email the offer to you in one click.
Live demo
Not a screenshot. The calculator on the right is Offer Calc 1.3 rendering a sample offer for a small web studio. Change a quantity and watch the totals.

Questions
Yes. Offer Calc is GPL-licensed and free on WordPress.org. The features that used to be in Offer Calc Pro were merged into the free plugin in version 1.2.
No. It calculates the price and can email the offer to you and the visitor. You take it from there with your usual invoicing.
Version 1.3 fixed the fatal errors that older releases hit on PHP 8 and is tested with WordPress 7.1 and PHP 7.4 through 8.5.
The calculator renders as a plain HTML form with stable class names, so a few lines of CSS restyle it. The demo above is the stock plugin with theme CSS on top.
